The renovated cottage boasts an indoor aqua massage spa bath and king sized bed for that extra special get away. Cottage guests have sole use of the private hot tub.  

Centrally situated, this lovely two bedroomed cottage makes an ideal base for touring all corners of the county. It will accommodate up to 4 people with one double bedded room and a twin room. The twin beds can be zipped together to make the king sized bed. 

From the upstairs living room, patio doors open out onto the veranda from where there are panoramic views out across the valley, towards Breney Common and Helman Tor. Here you can watch the rising sun and enjoy eating alfresco.

Or you can enjoy the panoramic countryside views from the outdoor hot tub. The cottage has its own off street parking area, garden and private games room with large shower for use with the hot tub or great for washing down your wet suits and body boards after a day on the beach. 

There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and electric oven. 

The cottage has a 55” flatscreen television and DVD player in the open plan living area. There are also two further Smart flatscreen televisions in both bedrooms so there won’t be any arguing about what to watch! Speedy Wifi is provided throughout the cottage.

*The hot tub is not available to group bookings, not even when the cottage is booked in conjunction with the barn. It does not have commercial filters and cannot cope with more than four people using it.
