Groups of 12 or more (16 during school holidays), sole use, self catering: Our prices stay the same all year round. Adults are £50 per night and children/students £27 per night. Minimum sole use charge is £360 per night out of term time (minimum 12 people) and £480 per night in the holidays (minimum 16 people).
Bookings are a minimum two nights and bank holidays three nights. Summer holidays, Christmas and the New Year, are week long bookings only. Prices all include electricity and fresh bed linen.
Dogs: Guide Dogs Only.
Short Breaks:
The cottage short breaks of three nights or more £120 per night. (Up to four people). Available during school term time.
Full Weeks:
Weeks during the summer holidays begin on a Saturday. Out of the holidays, start dates are flexible and couples benefit from a 20% price reduction on full week prices. Last minute three night stays are taken out of season.
