This may sound complicated but its not – I just want to make it clear!

Travelling South along the A30, pass the Bodmin turn off. Take the next slip road to the A391 towards St. Austell. At the roundabout take the first left onto the A391. After approximately 400 yards, take the first left. This is not signposted – if you pass any buildings you have gone too far. (If you come to Lockengate you have gone to far).

Then turn first right – this is signposted to Luxulyan and there is a small bus shelter on the corner. You are now in an area known as Conce Moor.

Turn second left, sign posted Trevellion, Gunwen and Helman Tor – this turning is just past Barguse riding stables and Creusa Kennels. Travelling another 200 yards, you will pass Trevellion. The entrance to Tor View is just below this farm, beside a footpath sign on a right hand side camber. We have Tor View and Corgee Farm written on the entrance gate. Our concrete lane is almost a mile long. As you approach the farm keep to the left and this will bring you firstly to Tor View Barn. Our farmhouse is behind the barn on the right and the cottage is left past the barn. 

If you are using a satellite navagation system please use the address Corgee Farm, Luxulyan, Bodmin, PL30 5DS.  The SAT Nav will bring you in a longer, narrower way, via Tredinnick Farm.  You will go through Tredinnick farm and our farmyard, before passing Tor View Cottage (the long cottage on your left) and then you will approach the barn.  There is plenty of parking between the cottage and barn and more in the overflow car park further up the road.
